Giguere leaves team

ANAHEIM — Goalie Jean-Sebastien Giguere left the Ducks and returned to Montreal for personal reasons, head coach Randy Carlyle said after Wednesday’s practice session.
The Ducks will be without Giguere’s services in Friday’s game against Chicago but they are expected to have him back in time for Sunday’s game at Carolina.
Jonas Hiller will be the goalie against the Blackhawks but the Ducks will have to make a personnel move to have a backup goalie in place for that game.
