Like his team, Evgeni Nabokov must prove he can flourish during a long playoff run. He has a tendency to be a bit inconsistent, but can be almost unbeatable at times, as evidenced by two shutouts against the Ducks this season.

Jonas Hiller was outstanding down the stretch for the Ducks, but has yet to appear in a playoff game, while Jean-Sebastien Giguere’s successful postseason track record is offset by ongoing struggles this season.
